Returns Policy

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of invoice for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. please email us within 14 days from the date of invoice. This must be returned at your expense and ensure that you get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that do not arrive.

Damaged Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
