How Long Will It Take?

48 Courier Service: normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Service: normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class Service: normally delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service: normally delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: next day (subject to purchase time).

 

Please Note: All items sent via Royal Mail and some Couriers are not tracked (unless using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service). Whilst the majority of parcels are delivered on time, there are a few that do get delayed, Royal Mail and other Couriers will not look into missing items until 15 working days have passed since the day of dispatch. Delivery times quoted are not guaranteed (unless using RM Special). Special delivery days DO NOT include Saturdays.

 

Pallet Delivery

On Site lifting facilities will be required at delivery address to remove pallets from delivery vehicle.

Your freshly filled helium canisters will be dispatched on pallets directly from our warehouse in Blackpool. We stack 135 x 30 canisters on a pallet and 90 x 50 canisters on a pallet.

Delivery time is usually 2 working days after placing your order with us, because of current global logistic issues we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within 2 days.

We use a range of pallet network companies so will use the most appropriate delivery company/network for your chosen delivery address. Some locations in the UK are not reachable by several networks.
